Day Two

Fast complete successfully! Quick entry right now from my phone before I eat and leave for work.

I am having two bananas and two yogurt cups as planned. Packed sliced cucumbers, peppers ,and baby carrots with a bit of fat free ranch, homemade hummus, some mini dill pickles, and a thing of cottagecheese. Will calculate cals and probably update later. Night ladies. Stay strong!

  1. Nice job on completing your fast! You go girl! All of your food sounds so delicious too- I had hummus for the first time a couple of months ago and I really love the stuff. :)

    1. Thanks hun!! Yea, homemade is VERY yummy if you mix it with the right stuff. I am thinking of making my next batch with some green onions, possibly some finely chopped red or yellow pepper, and some roasted red pepper dressing. Should be interesting heh
