Broken Record

So, just got home from a quick Walmart run after work. Just waiting for my double dose Gravol to kick in as my current sleep aid. I did something stupid though, I bought an exacto knife and used it a few minutes ago. I know it's stupid and unhealthy, but I can't help it. I also bought a cute and very normal looking daily organizer (looks like just a normal notebook) in which to start using to count my cals, and start keeping track of my hours and all sorts of stuff. I have My Fitness Pal on my phone, but I like having the hard copy, and to keep track of other stuff too.

Well, I'm falling asleep. I will try my best to at least reply to all comments tonight if not stop by your blogs for it.

  1. I never liked writing it on paper. Always made me feel like someone might find it. I rather keep my calorie counts either anonymous or in my touch where I know it's password protected.

And I'm kind've dumb when it comes to reading between the lines, but if you meant cutting then damn.... :C don't scar your skin. I hate any marks on my body. (Too bad I have a few; burns, cuts, scars.) I hate them. Good thing the burns are old and unnoticeable. The scar on my thumb pushed back my skin so ugh.... (>_>) lol sorry for the rant.

    1. I don't mind keeping my stuff on paper, mostly because it's more concrete and always accessible to me. I don't have anything on my phone app wise that I can just make my own plans and things, it's always in fitday or myfitnesspal or something where you're tracking what you have eaten, and they don't exactly agree with my ideas of max calories...I have tried looking for ana type ones on android and can't find any. I also don't have anyone who would look at my shit, so don't have to worry about them finding it luckily.

Thanks hun, but luckily with my knife it doesn't leave scars unless I'm trying to. I do have old ones, but most aren't visible now.

  2. i have the same problem too. I try looking for an app that counts calories but they always have numbers that are 10 calories over or less then the real thing. I wish you could find an app that you can just type in an item and the calories and it just adds up the numbers for you.

:-( and feel better ok, I know how shitty life can be. We all just need to hang in there. :3
